“Neighbors Helping Neighbors” was formed by the combination of Management and the HOA and given a minimal budget to help Residents in need to “fix” up their site and don't have the ability or funds to do that! 

If you received a notice from management to remedy a “problem” call the Management Manager and say you would desire help from “Neighbors Helping Neighbors”.  The Manager will contact the “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” if needed.

To remain confidential, Management retains the right to suggest who needs to use this “resource”!
