Recycling Info

 



The HOA is working with the owners and Marge to alleviate the overflow of garbage.  We would like everyone to participate by helping us out with this recycling project!  We want to be able to reduce the amount of bins used.

Each 2nd and 4th Monday of each month there will be a spot at the dumpster to collect all recycling
(located near the blue shed next to the "exit" fence).

1. CURBSIDE PICKUP ITEMS should be: Garbage in bags, Separate bags of aluminum cans and cleaned aluminum cat food cans, and corrugated broken down boxes, along with yard waste.
2. The aluminum beverage cans & washed-out aluminum cat food cans should be empty and can go together and go to the area where they are crushed and help the HOA as they receive money from cashing them in after being crushed by volunteered residents! Please do not partially crush them. 
3. Garbage consists of aluminum foil, Styrofoam, thin cereal and processed food boxes, and regular daily trash.
4. Dried out paint cans can be brought to the “dump site” as well as all the above items Monday through Friday till almost 5:00pm.
5. Also, if going to the dumpsite, break down all corrugated boxes and put in cardboard dumpster bin, DO NOT put corrugated cardboard in garbage dumpster bins.

   Empty dried out paint cans can also dropped off in spots on the ground.
6. Plastic and steel cans ONLY - no glass, Styrofoam, aluminum cat food cans,
   cardboard, or garbage
   (everything needs to be washed out so animals or rodents become a problem!)
7. EMPTY aluminum beverage cans & washed-out aluminum cat food cans (NO other aluminum items or aluminum foil) all can go together where they are crushed and help the HOA as they receive money from cashing them in! Please do not partially crush them.

9. Separate alum cans from rest of recycling materials
