One Happy Owner's Testimony:
I needed a temporary ramp for my wife's ankle replacement, so I purchased a USED wheelchair Amramp from a private party second hand, off of Marketplace. No instructions were included! When I assembled it, I realized there were parts missing. After my wife's recovery, I wanted to find out how it was supposed to be assembled, buy those parts, and resell it to someone else in need!
I called the above Scott Greene IV and sent him pictures of my completed project and when he immediately called me back, he told me what was wrong, and sent me two diagrams. I told him I wanted to buy the missing parts needed and he told me the prices. He then said, “I am in Tallahassee and am coming down to Tampa for a meeting this weekend!” I will bring you the needed parts!"
I then said, “how much are the parts?” He replied, “Don't worry about it, you need this Amramp to be correctly assembled so I will GIVE you the missing parts!” “If you pass it on about our product, I would appreciate it!” He also talked me into keeping the ramp instead of selling it.
In this day and age, it is rare to find a business that has such integrity!
Thanks Scott!
